Customs Clearance

We handle customs clearance for import and export shipments, helping clients navigate documentation, regulatory requirements and the clearance process.

We handle the customs side of your shipment, from declaration to release:

  • Customs documentation and declarations
  • Cargo assessment and duty processing
  • Customs examination where required
  • Duty payment coordination
  • Cargo release and terminal or warehouse clearance processes

Import & Export Documentation

We help prepare and coordinate the shipment documents required for import, export and customs processes.

Much of a clearance depends on the paperwork being right before the cargo arrives. We handle or coordinate the documentation your shipment needs, for example:

  • Form M
  • PAAR
  • SONCAP and other SON-related documentation
  • SGD and other customs documentation
  • Temporary Importation documentation, where applicable
  • Commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Export documentation
  • Other permits required for specific products

Documents issued by government agencies are issued by those agencies; our role is to prepare, submit and follow them up with you.

Freight Forwarding & Shipment Coordination

We coordinate freight arrangements with logistics partners to move cargo between suppliers, warehouses, ports, airports and destinations.

We coordinate the movement of your shipment, working with carriers, agents and other logistics partners:

  • Shipment coordination
  • Freight arrangements
  • Sea and air shipment coordination
  • Coordination with carriers, agents and other logistics partners

Haulage & Delivery

Once cargo is ready for movement, we coordinate transportation and delivery with the appropriate logistics partners.

Once your cargo is cleared, we coordinate getting it to where it needs to be:

  • Haulage coordination
  • Cargo movement from the port or airport
  • Delivery to your warehouse or agreed destination
  • Coordination with transport partners where required

Sourcing & International Freight

We help customers source products from China and Dubai, then coordinate receiving, freight and onward delivery to Nigeria.

If you already know what you want to buy, or need help finding it, we can support the sourcing and freight side of the process from selected markets.

Our sourcing support currently includes China and Dubai, where we have local knowledge and established connections that can help with supplier communication, receiving and shipment coordination.

Agricultural Export Logistics

We coordinate the preparation and movement of Nigerian agricultural commodities for export, from documentation and cargo handling to freight coordination.

We have experience coordinating agricultural commodity shipments by air, including shipments destined for Dubai, Saudi Arabia and other supported destinations.

Each shipment is assessed based on the commodity, quantity, destination, packaging, documentation and available transport options.

What to send us

  • Consignee (buyer) name, address and contact details
  • Sender (exporter) name, address and contact details
  • Name of the commodity you are exporting
  • Commercial invoice and packing list. If you don't have them, send your company letterhead and we will draft them for you.
